On Wednesdays at 2pm and 6.45pm I have 2 yoga classes at the stunningly peaceful and beautiful St Mary’s Heritage Centre on Gateshead Quayside right next to the Sage and the Tyne Bridge.  I have taught here for 3 years and the venue is beautiful and inspiring and even has a heated floor.

Yoga can help see you though many of life’s challenges.  Yoga can help people reduce stress, build strength and mobility in their body and improve flexibility and functional fitness.

A Message from Samantha Coe, Samantha Coe Yoga and Annie Ball Semibreve

We are really looking forward to welcoming you to the Festive Semibreve Yoga Workshop tomorrow evening which will be a beautiful relaxing evening of yoga, meditation, breathing well, soothing and exceptional live music. Plus some delicious refreshments and home baking.

What does your evening have in store?

Please arrive for 6.45pm

6.45pm there will refreshments on arrival, a chance to get settled in and meet Sam and Annie

 7pm Annie will introduce the pieces she will play specially for us in the intimate setting of the lying down concert

7.10 pm we will share a guided meditation

7.15 pm yoga from Sam to live improvised piano from Annie  – a chance to move and ease from any tension of the season !
8.10 pm Pranayama – breathing well together
8.20 Lying down concert – from Annie 
8.40 Gentle landing back in your body time and refreshments and chat
9pm Session Close
What to wear and bring

Please wear loose, layered clothing and bring your yoga mat, cushion and blanket and eye pillow if you have one. You might even want a pillow for under your head or knees.

We are at St Mary’s Heritage Centre Oakwellgate, Gateshead NE8 2AU
Which is next door to the Sage West gate and the Tyne Bridge – the old beautiful church you can see there.
There is good public transport and we can park in the grounds.  (We can block others in and park in disabled bays as long as we can get an emergency vehicle in.)
