Twice a year I run very special weekend yoga retreats at the beautiful Minsteracres in Northumberland and bring other yoga teachers and massage therapists with me to help make it a great weekend. My yoga retreats are gentle and fun and declutter and reset the body and mind. Give yourself a chance to have some time to slow down, breathe, enjoy the moment and nurture your body and mind. Don’t worry how much or how little yoga you can do, just come away and enjoy the experience of a little mini break with benefits.

Single room Costs £330 (early bird before end of November is £295) and Twin is £295 per person (early bird before end of November is £275) including all meals, accommodation and your yoga. The retreats start Friday evening at 5.15pm and end after lunch on the Sunday.
